Hello my name is Shawn Rashotte and welcome to Integrated Therapeutic Massage. I offer personalized client centered manual therapy in the heart of the Annex neighborhood. My private practise is located in the lower level of the Xiaolan Health Centre.

My intent is to help clients understand patterns of imbalance and stress so that they may reach an optimal level of health and wellbeing.

As a manual therapist my overall goal, through palpatory listening skills, is to find and encourage the release of restrictions within the body which inhibit movement.

My eclectic approach combines Massage Therapy, Fascial Mobilization, Pressure Points, Joint Mobilization, Craniosacral, Visceral Mobilization and Energy Healing.

I also offer Craniosacral Therapy/Visceral Mobilization, and Energy Healing as a standalone treatment option.
